No. 1 retail agent in the UK outside of London, Barker Proudlove were in need of a rebrand to align with their success and ambitions. As an established and respected brand in the property sector Landmark were entrusted with helping evolve their brand image.

Goals

The new identity needed to align brand image with market position of Barker Proudlove and create a perception as a leader in the sector. The visual identity will create a framework of brand consistency to achieve brand recognition and brand growth.

Approach

Barker Proudlove's key pillars are understated, approachable and straight talking so we have aligned their personality with a new icon that creates a perception of strength, trust and simplicity. The visual identity encourages heirachy of typography, imagery and continuity of the brand style.
