Located along the picturesque banks of the River Irwell, 101 Embankment offers awe-inspiring, unspoiled views and convenient access to Manchester's bustling commercial, cultural, transportation, and recreational hubs such as Exchange Square, Cathedral Square, and Victoria.

To complement the new refurbishment style, Landmark has introduced a fresh visual identity and colour palette that harmonises with the existing brand featured on the building. In addition, Landmark are developing a captivating marketing brochure, an engaging video, and a user-friendly website to promote the property's specifications while it undergoes refurbishment.
