As the sole residential investment agent for DeTrafford ( top 5 new build residential developer in Central Manchester with £1BN+ pipeline), NPP were looking to capitalise on the Manchester market and evolve into sales and lettings.

The Approach
NPP Residential was formed and a dynamic new identity to bring a uniform yet flexible style that could adapt to a range sectors within the business. The branding was implemented to the new Central Manchester offices, website and marketing materials.
