Exclusive Battersea Apartments
Overview
An exclusive collection of 9 apartments set on Battersea High Street, Central London.The project required a stylish brand identity that would reflect the luxurious living space and target market.
Goals
Client goals of the marketing were to sell off-plan as quickly as possible and at asking prices. The key to this was creating a high-end marketing brochure and a range of high-end CGI images to help potential buyers visualise the space and quality.
The new geometric identity created a consistent brand framework that was applied to all marketing materials. The combination of typefaces and a gold highlight colour created the perfect balance of contemporary elegance.

Further to the creation of the CGI's and marketing brochure all properties were sold off-plan prior to the start of the development.
Landmark continue to work with the developer and are currently working on a range of residential projects in Central London.
