Transform 3 office buildings into a business park brand
Overview
The Hive was developed to create a business campus offering within the Tech Valley of the UK. The £multi-million development of the 3 buildings created stunning Grade A lakeside offices within a parkland setting.
Goals
The branding would need to establish a sense of place and identity within a larger business park. A full way-finding exercise was implemented to understand visitor experience and a consistent design language was implemented from site entrance to end-point.
The name was inspired from the hexagonal profile of the buildings and the bee hives located behind Hive 01. The brand and signage family successfully injected character, brand continuity and a sense of place within the park.

Working closely with Knight Frank and RARE, the highly successful brand positioning helped Let 75% of Hive 01 to Nokia prior to launch and Hive 02 and Hive 03 are now fully let.
