Rebranding a £1BN Property Investment Group
Overview
Praxis is one of the UK commercial property markets’ most active investors having acquired in excess of £1bn of UK commercial assets. Working directly with the CEO and Praxis Board we implemented a new visual identity that would align with the growth, evolution and ambition of the Group.
Goals
The evolution of Praxis demanded a new identity that would represent strength, trust and individuality. The distinctive new branding brings continuity across the family of companies, portfolio assets and Praxis corporate offices in Manchester and Knightsbridge.
The icon is a subtle reference to the letter P and the ethos of "thinking outside the box" and a pioneering approach. The neutral colour palette creates a perception of strength and confidence whilst the typography and brand style creates hierarchy and contrast.

The brand identity brought continuity to all corporate touch points and target markets from investor reports and presentations to websites and on-site signage. Landmark continue to work with Praxis and assist with their continued growth and success.
