Overview
Working for Royal London and with the agent teams at CBRE and Colliers, Landmark were instructed on the brand repositioning and marketing of 3 Hardman Square in Spinningfields, Manchester.
Goals
Post-covid the marketing needed to shift perceptions, reach new audiences and increase brand awareness whilst retaining the existing branding.
The See You at 3 concept instantly created a relaxed tone of voice playing into culture, community and new ways of working. This combined with a fluid brand framework, vibrant colours, creative typography and imagery helped create a sense of place.

CGI imagery was created to help visualise the space and suggest a stylish and hybrid working environment. The repositioning helped secure a significant letting and Landmark continue to work alongside CBRE, Colliers and Royal London on the marketing of the building.
